Summary

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant Analyst to join our Finance team, with a focus on accounting and tax compliance. This professional will be responsible for executing monthly closing processes, reconciling accounts, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting audits and process improvements. This is a key role for maintaining accuracy, compliance, and scalability in our growing global operation.

Key Responsabilities

  • Execute monthly accounting closing, including preparation and review of balance sheet and P&L accounts.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial information.
  • Calculate and ensure the correct payment of direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS).
  • Guarantee timely and accurate submission of tax obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, SPEDs).
  • Collaborate with external auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
  • Monitor and possess a good understanding of accounting and tax legislation (CPCs, IFRS) applicable to our operations in Brazil and globally.
  • Interact with global teams to ensure alignment of accounting practices and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Solid experience in accounting routines, reconciliations, and tax compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation and obligations.
  • Previous experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online or similar).
  • Good knowledge of Excel skills.
  • Functional English for reading documentation and participating in global interactions (is a plus).
  • Proactive, analytical profile with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in dynamic environments or fast-growing companies is a differential.
