Desenvolvedor Full Stack Web - Pleno

Local: Brasília, Distrito Federal (remoto para candidatos fora de São Paulo; híbrido para quem estiver em São Paulo).

Principais responsabilidades
  • Desenvolver e implementar funcionalidades alinhadas aos requisitos e objetivos definidos pelas áreas de negócio.
  • Identificar, diagnosticar e corrigir bugs reportados pelas áreas de negócio, assegurando a estabilidade e a confiabilidade do sistema.
  • Analisar requisitos de negócio em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis, identificando necessidades e oportunidades de melhoria no sistema.
  • Colaborar na elaboração do planejamento técnico para a implementação dos requisitos, incluindo definição de arquitetura, ferramentas e abordagens de desenvolvimento.
  • Monitorar continuamente o desempenho e a disponibilidade da aplicação, identificando proativamente falhas, gargalos ou inconsistências para garantir pleno funcionamento.
  • Elaborar e manter documentação detalhada de soluções implementadas, descrições técnicas, mudanças realizadas e justificativas.
  • Participar de reuniões de planejamento e revisão utilizando a metodologia Scrum.
Requisitos/Qualificações
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência com desenvolvimento.
  • Conhecimentos em ReactJS, NodeJS e Python.
  • Familiaridade com Git e GitHub.
  • Experiência em trabalhar com metodologia Scrum.
  • Desejável: conhecimento em serviços da AWS.
Formação Acadêmica
  • Graduação completa em Engenharia de Software, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
