We are currently seeking a Retool Developer to join our team. As a Retool Developer, your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing web applications using the Retool platform. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to understand user requirements and transform them into functional and visually appealing applications.

1. Design and develop Retool applications from concept to launch
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
3. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
4. Troubleshoot and debug issues
5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers

1. 2+ years of experience as a Retool Developer
2. Mid or advanced knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and Python
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
4. English (B2 Business). Written is a must. Conversational is a plus
5. Candidates must reside in North, Central, or South America
6. Bonus: Experience with other no-code/low-code platforms
