Responsibilities- Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across various industries and problem statements.
- Contribute to and develop analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted partner.
- Create predictive models using segmentation and regression techniques.
- Review analytics end-products for accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Proactively update knowledge and structure project work to capture Intellectual Capital with minimal oversight.
- Develop business recommendations and deliver client presentations.
- Organize and structure work for oneself and junior consultants, addressing client problems and synthesizing findings.
- Lead team and external meetings, manage projects, and contribute to intellectual capital and solution development.
- Mentor junior consultants and develop effective working relationships with local and global teams.
Contract Duration: 4 months with possibility of extension, hybrid model, 3x per week in São Paulo (Zona Sul).
Basic Qualifications- Undergraduate degree with experience in business intelligence and analytics.
- Experience managing clients or stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize findings.
- Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking across industries.
- Experience with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS).
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication in English and local language.
- Eligibility to work in Brazil and obtain travel visas if needed.
- Experience with Hadoop, Impala, Hive, PySpark, or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience managing tasks in collaborative teams.
- Coaching experience with junior consultants.
- Relevant industry expertise.
- MBA or master's degree (not required).
