En Workia estamos construyendo productos digitales robustos, escalables y de excelencia técnica para transformar la experiencia de las organizaciones.

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Frontend Developer Semi Senior, con sólida experiencia técnica, sensibilidad por el diseño y orientación a resultados, para sumarse a un equipo ágil y colaborativo.

Responsabilidades principales
  • Desarrollar productos y módulos frontend dentro de un squad ágil, participando activamente en su definición y ejecución.
  • Asegurar la entrega de soluciones eficientes, mantenibles y alineadas al roadmap de producto.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de UX/UI y backend para lograr una integración sólida y consistente.
  • Promover buenas prácticas de desarrollo, testing y performance.
  • Proponer mejoras continuas en la experiencia del usuario y en los procesos técnicos.
Tecnologías y herramientas
  • Integración con APIs REST, manejo de estados, rutas y servicios.
  • Testing con Jasmine, Karma u otras herramientas similares.
  • Control de versiones con Git (GitLab).
  • Familiaridad con entornos Cloud (preferentemente AWS).

Requisitos adicionales:

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia desarrollando productos frontend (idealmente en entornos SaaS).
  • Experiencia previa en squads multidisciplinarios o células ágiles.
  • Foco en calidad, performance y mantenibilidad del código.
  • Autonomía, capacidad resolutiva y orientación al delivery.
  • Visión de producto y mentalidad iterativa orientada a la mejora continua.
