About the Role

We're on the lookout for a proactive and people-driven Senior Talent Acquisition to help us find and hire the best talent. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our hiring journey — from sourcing candidates and running interviews to creating a smooth and engaging candidate experience every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively source and attract top talent through job boards, databases, social media, and creative outreach strategies.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to identify strong matches for our open roles.
• Use a variety of tools and selection methods to assess candidates effectively and efficiently.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Own and improve internal mobility processes — identifying potential internal candidates, collaborating with managers on growth paths, and ensuring transparency in internal job opportunities.
• Keep our hiring process organized and data-driven by accurately tracking candidate information and activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate on Talent Acquisition projects that support our hiring strategy, improve processes, and strengthen our employer brand.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English speaker (C1 level or higher).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage pipelines and outreach.
• Confident using Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
