Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Use best-in-class software development processes to ship code, even in your first week.
  • Contribute to the overall quality, performance, and reliability of our product, ensuring it scales effectively across many dimensions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to shape product strategy and lead initiatives from concept to research, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Create content to market your work, such as posts on LinkedIn, blogs, and tutorials.
  • Monitor, engage, and support our Slack community.
Your Day-to-Day
  • Ship code using best-in-class processes.
  • Enhance the quality, performance, and scalability of our product.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on product strategy and initiatives.
  • Produce content to showcase your work.
  • Support and engage with our Slack community.
Projects You Could Work On
  • Improve data synchronization workflows from Slack workspaces.
  • Develop headless Hono REST APIs on Cloudflare.
  • Add analytics for customer engagement in Slack and forums.
  • Integrate entitlements, feature flags, and Stripe into our platform.
  • Build open-source React components and SDKs for customizable UI.
  • Create Salesforce integrations for community member activity.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of our forums site.
  • Add user interactivity features to the forums site.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Javascript and Typescript.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Postgres.
  • Extensive experience building large-scale web apps with React or similar JS frameworks.
  • Experience integrating AI into development workflows.
  • Experience with Cloudflare Workers ecosystem (R2, KV, queues, workflows, etc.).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Slack or Salesforce app development.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS companies.
