Application Support Analyst at BairesDev — we are seeking an Application Support Analyst to help and guide users with their system requests by following established procedures and improving existing processes. This fully remote position offers flexibility in daily tasks. You'll interact with users across the company to understand processes and implement improvements.

What You'll Do
  • Interact with users to understand their requests, communicate any obstacles, and keep them updated.
  • Solve simple and minor configuration issues.
  • Ensure all requests are acknowledged and addressed promptly.
  • Conduct audits to assess compliance and recommend enhancements.
  • Support the implementation of new audit frameworks and best practices to improve efficiency.
What we are looking for
  • Experience in tech support or a similar role.
  • Experience in an administrative, operations, compliance, or process-related role.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Advanced level of English.
