• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; strong interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
• Nice-to-haves: previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.
• Soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.

• As a Contractor (PJ), compensation of R$2.5K with possibility to increase to R$5k after 6 months.
