Responsibilities
  • Construção de Soluções em IA/ML — Desenvolver pipelines de ponta a ponta: coleta, tratamento, modelagem, avaliação e deploy de modelos.
  • Prototipar e escalar aplicações internas baseadas em IA — com foco em NLP, modelos preditivos, classificação, recomendação, etc.
  • Co-criar com os squads soluções orientadas por dados, do conceito à sustentação.
  • Sugerir abordagens técnicas eficientes para resolver desafios complexos e em tempo real.
Deploy e Sustentação de Modelos
  • Transformar protótipos em soluções robustas, performáticas e prontas pra produção.
  • Criar estruturas de monitoramento, logging e automação via CI/CD.
  • Apoiar times operacionais com boas práticas de uso e manutenção de modelos em produção.
  • Contribuir para fortalecer uma cultura Data-Driven em toda a organização.

  • Se manter por dentro das tendências em AI/ML, frameworks, arquiteturas e melhores práticas.
  • Compartilhar conhecimento com o time, mentorando e sendo mentorado.
  • Testar coisas novas e ter liberdade pra experimentar sem medo de errar (a gente aprende rápido).
Requisitos
  • Domínio de algoritmos de machine learning, avaliação de modelos e interpretação de resultados.
  • Vivência com estatística inferencial, séries temporais, regressão, classificação, clustering, etc.
  • Experiência em NLP, transformers, embeddings, LLMs e técnicas de pré-processamento textual.
  • Programação em Python (essencial) e familiaridade com R, Java ou Go (desejável).
  • Experiência com frameworks como scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Conhecimento em bancos SQL e NoSQL.
  • Prática com Git, CI/CD, versionamento de modelos e workflows automatizados (ex: Jenkins, MLflow, Airflow).
