Overview

RINA is recruiting for an Accountant to join its Rio de Janeiro office within the Regional Finance Management Division. The Accountant ensures accurate and timely accounting operations, supports financial integrity and compliance, contributes to daily reconciliations, accruals management, and the monthly closing process, while maintaining organized financial records and collaborating with internal stakeholders and auditors.



Responsibilities
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Receive and book documents in ERP accounting system
  • Accruals control and analysis
  • Travel advance control and accounting
  • Participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing processes
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Provide support for internal audits
  • Organize accounting documents
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Intermediate or advanced English knowledge
  • Soft skills: good interpersonal communication, ability to multitask, hands-on attitude, attention to detail, high level of commitment and accountability, strong organizational skills, teamwork and collaboration, adaptability and flexibility


Additional Information
  • Office located in Centro, Rio de Janeiro
  • Hybrid work regime (after first month, 100% on-site)
