Overview

En Talenter estamos buscando un/a Ingeniero/a de Producto para sumarse a una startup en crecimiento. El candidato/a ideal combinará una sólida experiencia técnica con una mentalidad de producto, siendo responsable no solo de la implementación, sino también del diseño de soluciones que aborden problemas de negocio fundamentales y mejoren la experiencia del usuario.

Responsibilities
  • Diseñar, construir y desplegar soluciones de producto end-to-end.
  • Identificar problemas de negocio/usuario y proponer mejoras de alto impacto.
  • Traducir requerimientos de negocio en especificaciones técnicas claras.
  • Priorizar tareas y colaborar con el equipo para ejecutar el roadmap.
  • Medir el éxito de las funcionalidades.
Requisitos
  • Sólida experiencia con React, TypeScript y Node.js
  • Capacidad para alinear soluciones técnicas con objetivos de negocio.
  • Habilidad para descomponer problemas complejos en tareas ejecutables.
  • Autonomía para tomar decisiones y liderar proyectos.
  • Comunicación escrita clara (tickets, documentación).
  • Mentalidad orientada a datos y métricas de producto.
