Our team in Brazil is growing, and we are currently recruiting for an Asset Management Consultant, JR/Intermediate to join our Consulting Business line in the Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role:
  • Maintain control and organization of project documentation (plans, meeting minutes, checklists, data books, etc.);
  • Consolidate physical progress information and prepare project schedules (S-Curve, dashboards in Power BI, Primavera);
  • Support the development and review of action plans and risk matrices;
  • Extract, compile, and analyze data for KPI generation;
  • Prepare status presentations for management and portfolio meetings;
  • Participate in alignment meetings with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, maintenance, safety, procurement, etc.);
  • Support communication between departments, ensuring information flows correctly and in a timely manner;
  • Draft meeting minutes and record decisions, responsible parties, and deadlines.
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
  • Postgraduate degree desirable;
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 (considered a strong asset);
  • Knowledge in Power BI;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Availability for on-site work at the client's location;
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others, communicative, and proactive.
