Estamos em busca de um(a) Staff Software Engineer que será responsável por liderar tecnicamente e gerenciar squads multifuncionais, garantindo alinhamento entre as necessidades de negócio e as entregas técnicas, com alta capacidade de articulação e influência. Buscamos alguém com mentalidade estratégica, forte domínio técnico e habilidade de liderar decisões técnicas com alto impacto para o negócio

  • Gerenciar e acompanhar o desempenho de múltiplas squads de tecnologia.
  • Atuar como elo entre times técnicos e áreas de negócio, promovendo alinhamento contínuo.
  • Fazer interface com stakeholders globais, garantindo fluidez na comunicação e entendimento dos objetivos estratégicos.
  • Traduzir requisitos de alto nível em demandas técnicas claras e priorizadas.
  • Conduzir decisões técnicas em alinhamento com padrões de arquitetura e boas práticas.

Requisitos:

  • Inglês avançado ou fluente, com experiência em comunicação com times internacionais.
  • Sólida experiência como Staff Engineer, Tech Lead ou Technical Product Manager.
  • Capacidade comprovada de liderar múltiplas frentes técnicas e de produto simultaneamente.
  • Excelente comunicação, com perfil colaborativo e facilidade de articulação com diferentes áreas.
  • Vivência em ambientes ágeis e estruturas organizacionais complexas.

Qualificações:

  • Bacharel em Ciência da Computação ou área relacionada (ou experiência equivalente)
  • Experiência em gerenciamento de produtos, gerenciamento de programas técnicos ou desenvolvimento de software.
  • Experiência prática com produtos B2B e plataformas digitais (web/mobile)
  • Familiaridade com linguagens de programação como Java, React, Python ou C++ e ambiente cloud como AWS e GCP.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior em empresas globais ou ambientes multinacionais.
  • Background técnico robusto em engenharia de software ou arquitetura de sistemas.
  • Conhecimento em frameworks de escalabilidade ágil (ex: SAFe, LeSS).
