Overview of the role:

We are looking for multiple roles across data and business intelligence, including a Talent Data Analyst, Data Analysts at junior to senior levels, and a Senior Data Analyst / Modeler with Snowflake and Power BI responsibilities. This includes working remotely on international projects and partnering with global teams.

Data & Talent Data Analyst (Talent team)

We are seeking a Talent Data Analyst to join our Talent team. This professional will be responsible for taking raw information – numbers or qualitative data sets – and constructing narratives that help our business colleagues to make better decisions. The primary goal of this position is to take large volumes of complex data from our Talent team, extract insights, and help solve problems.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand the Talent funnel and architect a data solution from scratch, including the definition of KPIs and metrics.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources to get the required data.
• Cleanse and massage data into the shape required, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.
• Present and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to data analysis tools, developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.
• Maintain and document the operational environment.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.
• An understanding of top-of-the-line Data Analysis tools; administration, licensing, security, and deployment is a plus.
• A solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytic skills with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments.
• Superior organizational skills and disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
• Experience with ETL of data from a variety of sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus).
• Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus).
• Advanced English level.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data storytelling and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of ETL processes or working with data engineering teams.

Looking for two Data Analyst positions to support an upcoming engagement expected to run through end of November, with potential for extension depending on project needs:

• 1 Senior Data Analyst – SME, to explain and contextualize current analytics outcomes

Senior Data Analyst / Modeler – Snowflake / Power BI

Senior Data Analyst / Modeler to join our team in Brazil. This is a senior, customer-facing position leading data initiatives across countries, working directly with international clients and internal engineering teams.

You'll design and implement semantic and dimensional data models in Snowflake, enable insights in Power BI, and guide customers on best practices. You will mentor other analysts and engineers and ensure solutions align with business needs.

Freelance Data Analyst, Social + Paid Media

Position Summary:

The social + media data analyst role pulls and analyzes data from organic social/media/website/campaign to provide actionable insights and guide data-driven strategies, including social listening and paid media data. This is a remote, international contract role for up to 6 months. Pay range: R$7,000 - R$9,000/month.
