Position Overview

This position supports Corteva's Crop Protection Supply Chain Project team by:

  • Mapping, designing, and implementing initiatives to enhance logistics capabilities, promoting project management tools and skills.
  • Leading the identification, evaluation, design, and implementation of supply chain improvements through cross-functional collaboration and project management.
  • Providing Systems SME support for all logistics modes, including Import-Export Ocean and Air, trucking, warehousing, bulk trucking, and rail.
  • Supporting SAP ERP, TMS, and 3PL logistics management processes.
  • Acting as the focal point for IT/application strategy, interfacing between global and NA regional teams.
  • Analyzing and continuously improving logistics workflows across functions.
  • Providing systems usage and best practice training and development.
  • Supporting various business teams by leveraging expertise in systems and work processes for logistics operations.
  • Challenging the logistics organization to optimize tools and streamline processes, with a regional scope.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a technical field.
  • Relevant experience in Supply Chain, mainly Logistics.
  • Experience in Project Management, especially related to logistics projects.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP/S4 HANA/APO/BW or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with TMS and 3PL work processes is preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt and/or certified Lean Practitioner is preferred.
  • APICS CPIM Certification is preferred.
