Overview

At Boston Scientific, the Field Clinical Representative is responsible for technical-scientific support and promoting the safe and effective use of our advanced technologies in interventional cardiology. The position focuses on delivering real-time clinical support and education to healthcare professionals in the designated regions, with travel as required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time technical and clinical support during medical procedures involving the business unit's devices.
  • Conduct trainings and capacity-building sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on Boston Scientific products.
  • Offer technical-scientific assistance to promote adoption and safe usage of the products.
  • Participate in workshops, congresses, and medical events, representing the business unit in the regions of operation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and strengthen relationships with commercial partners.
  • Monitor product performance in the field and provide technical feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work with a focus on the RJ region with willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Qualifications
  • Degree in health-related or science fields, such as Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biomedicine, Biomedical Engineering, or related areas.
  • Previous experience in clinical support or technical service, preferably with medical devices or related sectors.
  • Commercial experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills, with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly in the regions of operation.
  • Valid driver's license (CNH).
  • Intermediate or advanced English.
