Job Title: Sales Specialist

Your role:

  • You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive sales analysis.
  • Carrying out general activities to drive Business Performance, integrating diverse data sources.
  • Will support executive level on KPI management, reports, follow ups and recommendations.
  • Will be co-responsible for Funnel Management, Sales Forecasting and Continuous Improvement.

You're the right fit if:

  1. S&OP Experience (3 years minimum)
  2. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
  3. Sales Background: managing Funnel Management, Sales Performance and Excellence.
  4. Experience in business intelligence, automation tools.
  5. Lean foundation, Six Sigma.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
