The Senior Manager/Director of Consumer Communications – Press & KOLs for Brazil will integrate with Keeta's Communications Team and work directly with the country leadership to develop and execute the full Consumer Communications strategy for Brazil. The role focuses on robust expansion and generating a strong positive impact in the food delivery industry by bringing new technology and expertise. This position reports to the Head of Public Relations in Brazil and requires extensive external Communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in technology. Experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery sectors is a plus. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
The Senior Manager/Director of Consumer Communications – Press & KOLs will be responsible for planning and executing Communications strategies and campaigns in Brazil, interacting with media, journalists and KOLs, and managing an external PR agency to achieve the following objectives:
- Increase brand awareness and impact in Brazil.
- Improve brand favorability and maintain or improve the tonality of earned media stories.
- Maintain integrated brand campaigns with cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Social Media, Business, Government Affairs and Internal Communications teams.
