Are you passionate about designing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment? Do you want to work with a diverse, global team serving clients in Banking and Financial Services? If so, join our Innovation Team within the Customer Consulting Group as a Cloud Engineer, playing a key role in transforming client ideas into reality.

We seek an expert in Azure or AWS with extensive software development skills to design, develop, and optimize cloud infrastructures that support innovative applications fulfilling client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Architect & Deploy Cloud Solutions: Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructures on AWS or Azure.
  2. Automate & Optimize: Use Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripting to automate deployments and improve performance.
  3. Collaborate & Innovate: Work with cross-functional teams to develop cloud-native solutions using Design Thinking.
  4. Develop & Govern: Use Python, Java, .NET, or JavaScript within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring governance and best practices.
  5. Certifications & Skills: Cloud DevOps certification, coding, scripting, Agile or Design Thinking experience.
What You'll Do
  • Design and implement cloud solutions for innovation projects.
  • Automate data ingestion and stitching processes.
  • Develop applications for data visualization and exploration.
  • Develop API integrations across various environments.
  • Manage and monitor cloud resources, optimize costs, and ensure security and compliance.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Meet development requirements and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to cloud practice improvements.
  • Focus on innovation, problem-solving, and adopting a 'fail-fast' approach.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years in Software Development or Cloud DevOps in Financial Services & Banking.
  • Strong experience in Python, Java, .NET, or JavaScript.
  • AWS or Azure Cloud DevOps Certification.
  • Experience in Agile delivery and collaboration.

Additional skills like data expertise, experience with LSEG products, or knowledge of ML/AI are advantageous but not mandatory.
