Requisitos
  • Experiência consolidada na gestão de contas estratégicas.
  • Capacidade de traduzir métricas financeiras em estratégias de marketing.
  • Domínio de previsão financeira e otimização de rentabilidade.
  • Visão consultiva e capacidade de liderar negociações complexas.
  • Forte habilidade de interpretação estratégica de métricas financeiras e de performance.
  • Capacidade de estruturar OKRs e KPIs.
  • Ter atuado com a criação de estratégias de expansão e aumento de ticket médio.
  • Capacidade de construir business cases para justificar propostas.
Principais Responsabilidades
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de growth hacking e aquisição.
  • Implementar análises preditivas de churn, rentabilidade e expansão.
  • Desenvolver talentos e consolidar a liderança técnica no squad.
  • Analisar projeções financeiras e impacto das iniciativas na rentabilidade da conta.
  • Construir business cases para justificar novos investimentos e expansões.
  • Conduzir reuniões estratégicas com alta autonomia.
  • Criar planos trimestrais de crescimento da conta.
  • Garantir que o squad compreenda o propósito das ações.
