Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Your role is to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. You will build trust with suitable candidates and work with a competent global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics. We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage engineers who are willing to relocate to Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and help them through the relocation process.
  • Build trust with candidates and guide them through the recruitment and relocation journey.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle practical relocation matters.
  • Coordinate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment efforts in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Represent Telescope values of joy, trust, and professionalism while helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
Required competence
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution for each challenge.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; able to identify and fulfill a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, social, friendly, and motivated.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to view refusals as motivation to improve.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Employment details
  • Full-time position.
  • Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis as flex.
  • Location: Work from home or a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Free national holidays with maintained payment.
  • 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
