Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies, processes, and controls to support the company's performance and growth
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Ensure full compliance with local, federal, and international financial regulations
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Manage cash flow, financial risk, and company investments (including crypto assets)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to align on business strategies
• Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred)
• At least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and compliance practices
• Experience in the i Gaming, cryptocurrency, or similarly regulated industries is a strong plus
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence
