Data Analysis Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Data Support: Provide daily data extraction and processing services for projects initiated by business units and other operational teams.
  • Data Products: Develop and optimize data products (e.g., reports/dashboards) to monitor business performance and ensure operational continuity.
  • Data Auditing: Conduct daily performance calculations and data verification for business teams.
  • Metrics Framework: Collaborate with business units and operational teams to design and refine data metrics frameworks, addressing diverse analytical needs.

Basic Requirements:

  • Experience with data support;
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred;
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, common data analysis tools, and office software.
  • Strong data sensitivity and ability to independently solve problems.
  • Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, and fast learning agility.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the sales process of data monitoring, analysis, insight into business growth points, timely locating and early warning of business problems and risk points, to provide strategic direction and improve proposals; construct data reports to promote the development of business data products and enhance operational efficiency of the sales and operations team.
  2. Focus on special analysis: based on analysis results, collaborate with internal and external resources to promote key projects and drive sales. Continuously review and iterate to improve results.
  3. In-depth understanding of the sales business; follow up on business actions, establish a multi-dimensional business strategy diagnosis system, discover current business problems, and provide support for business decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  1. Two or more years of relevant experience in business analysis and sales data analysis. Experience in a head internet analyst position is preferred.
  2. Excellent logical thinking ability, structured analysis, independent thinking and discernment.
  3. Good command of commonly used data analysis tools with solid basics in mathematical statistics.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  1. Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, including maintaining data sources, building data dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization.
  2. Monitor the operational health of warehousing, develop frameworks and processes to improve efficiency, and provide optimization suggestions for business processes, labor performance, capacity planning, and more.
  3. Provide data support for projects, assisting warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments in smooth business operations.
  4. Support ad-hoc data tasks to meet business needs.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor\'s degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis.
  3. Proficient in SQL, data tools (Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis skills, with a solid understanding of analytical methodologies. Responsible for data extraction, analysis, and optimization strategies.
  4. English proficiency for workplace communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  5. Strong ability to work under pressure and a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to various data analysis requirements and scenarios.
