Estamos buscando un/a QA Automation Senior

Una empresa tech que trabaja con productos y servicios enfocados en biometria a un equipo con autonomía, pensamiento crítico y enfoque en calidad.

  • Diseñar frameworks de automatización y desarrollar scripts de prueba eficientes que prioricen la mantenibilidad y la cobertura.
  • Ejecutar pruebas automatizadas (funcionales, regresión, E2E).
  • Leer documentación funcional, criterios de aceptación y diagramas para entender el alcance.
  • Reportar y documentar errores con claridad y seguimiento técnico.
  • Participar en la revisión de requisitos desde etapas tempranas del ciclo de desarrollo.
  • Colaborar con devs, analistas y producto para elevar el estándar de calidad.
  • Monitorear métricas de calidad y rendimiento para aportar en decisiones técnicas.
  • Dar soporte en CI/CD en entornos distribuidos.
  • Mentorizar perfiles con menor seniority y promover aprendizaje técnico compartido.

Requisitos técnicos excluyentes

  • Automatización de pruebas con frameworks robustos
  • Testing E2E y regresión
  • Bases de datos SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
  • Experiencia en equipos ágiles
