Hi there We are seeking a highly technical professional to join our client as a Robotics Engineer, focusing on robotics, autonomy, or industrial automation. This role is critical to onboarding new robotics customers and directly contributing to the success of new projects. You will translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business value for sales leads and customers, design tailored solutions, and help drive adoption of our physical AI models.

• Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) during customer engagements from the mid-funnel onwards.
• Custom Solutioning & Presentation: Collaborate with Account Executives and Engineering to understand project requirements and craft customized technical presentations, contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and solution proposals that highlight the value of TorqueAGI's foundation models, including creating custom slides and visual aids.
• POC / Pilot Support: Provide technical leadership and support for customer POCs and pilots, ensuring successful implementation, performance validation, and clear articulation of outcomes.
• SOW Development: Work with sales, legal, and engineering to draft detailed and accurate SOWs and technical proposals defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Technical Due Diligence & Objection Handling: Address complex technical questions from highly technical stakeholders, showing a deep understanding of challenges and how TorqueAGI provides a superior solution.
• Feedback Loop to Product: Act as a conduit between prospects/customers and product/engineering teams, gathering technical feedback and contributing insights that inform product roadmap.
• Internal Enablement: Help create internal knowledge assets to bridge GTM and Product teams.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise (3+ years): Proficiency in robotics systems, autonomous vehicles, industrial automation, or complex perception/control systems; understanding of AI/ML concepts (computer vision, motion planning, reinforcement learning, or large-scale data processing for physical systems); programming in Python or C++; familiarity with ROS or similar frameworks; experience with sensor modalities (LiDAR, cameras, IMUs).
• Experience in a solutions-oriented role (1-3 years): Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consultant role for a B2B software or deep-tech product; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value; excellent presentation and demonstration skills; experience creating technical documentation, proposals, and SOWs.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong analytical and customer-centric problem-solving skills; highly resourceful and adaptable to fast-paced startup environments.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, leadership).
• Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with foundation models or large-scale AI models; domain knowledge in TorqueAGI target industries; prior seed-stage or high-growth startup experience.
