Responsibilities:

• Data Support: Provide daily data extraction and processing services for projects initiated by business units and other operational teams.
• Data Products: Develop and optimize data products (e.g., reports/dashboards) to monitor business performance and ensure operational continuity.
• Data Auditing: Conduct daily performance calculations and data verification for business teams.
• Metrics Framework: Collaborate with business units and operational teams to design and refine data metrics frameworks, addressing diverse analytical needs.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience with data support;
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred;
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, common data analysis tools, and office software.
• Strong data sensitivity and ability to independently solve problems.

About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, including maintaining datasource, building dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization.
• Monitor warehousing operational health; develop frameworks to improve efficiency and provide optimization suggestions for processes, labor, and capacity planning.
• Provide data support for projects, assisting warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support ad-hoc data tasks to meet business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis.
• Proficient in SQL, data tools (Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis skills; strong data extraction, analysis, and optimization capabilities.
• English proficiency for workplace communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, responsible, with excellent communication and teamwork skills and independent problem-solving ability.
