About the Role

Join a fast-growing real estate AI startup that is transforming property transactions with automation and data-driven insights. We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong skills in Canva, Figma, and structured design workflows. This role is primarily focused on creating real estate-specific maps (2D/3D), formatting presentations, and designing reports.

As our Graphic Designer, you will work on highly detailed and structured design tasks, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all materials. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to produce visually polished yet highly functional real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and refine 2D and 3D real estate maps with clear visual hierarchy and spatial accuracy.
  • Format and structure real estate documents, including investment presentations, property reports, and marketing decks.
  • Develop data-driven visual assets, such as charts, infographics, and property layouts, ensuring readability and professional presentation.
  • Maintain consistent branding, layout structure, and formatting standards across all projects.
  • Collaborate with operations and real estate teams to ensure that visual assets meet practical business needs.
  • Manage high volumes of design work efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Canva and Figma (experience with additional design tools is a plus).
  • Experience in structuring and formatting presentations and documents for real estate or corporate use.
  • Familiarity with 2D and 3D mapping tools or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured design processes.
  • Ability to handle repetitive design tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Previous experience in real estate, architecture, urban planning, or related fields is a plus.
