The hiring company is the leading real-time on-chain security platform. They recently raised their Series B and are expanding aggressively across the Americas.

Role

Build and close a qualified pipeline of 1m-2m annual revenue across the LATAM region from Latin America.

Responsibilities
  • Build and close a qualified pipeline of 1m-2m annual revenue across the LATAM region.
  • Generate new logos and manage deals from lead to close.
  • Propose and close new contracts, meet and exceed revenue goals, and ensure client satisfaction in your territory.
  • Engage with key decision-makers at small to mid-sized organizations to understand needs and align our services to their goals.
  • Use a blended outreach approach (social media, email, cold calling, and more) to grow and manage the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales to identify opportunities and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce and stay up to date on the full suite of services.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales, ideally with experience in cybersecurity, blockchain, or infra SaaS.
  • Crypto-savvy; understand on-chain risk, smart contract dynamics, and the overlap between TradFi and Web3.
  • Ability to generate new logos and manage deals from lead to close.
  • Experience selling to CTOs, CISOs, and heads of innovation and the ability to earn their trust.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas and close deals with confidence.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
