What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Supervise and guide a team of functional and technical analysts in their analytical and development tasks
- Manage workforce vendors and contracts while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Lead requirements analysis and validation, ensuring clarity and completeness of requirement statements
- Communicate with business units to define system requirements and facilitate project documentation
- Develop test scenarios and perform data analytics using SQL and other necessary tools
- Bachelor\'s Degree or higher AND four (4) years of experience with Softrax Revenue Management System, preferably on-premises
- OR High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of experience with Softrax Revenue Management System
- Four (4) years of experience implementing IT solutions in a global business environment
- Four (4) years of experience with Microsoft Project and MS Office applications
- Four (4) years of experience in using SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Two (2) years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Experience in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards
- Experience in supporting system interfaces
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or other process improvement certifications
