Overview

As Speechify grows, our AI team seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to ensure scalable infrastructure, optimize product flows, and build resilient systems. If you're passionate about strategy, high-paced environments, and ownership, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Develop state-of-the-art voice cloning technologies.
  • Optimize low latency and cost-effective text-to-speech systems.
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
  • Proven backend experience in Python.
  • Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Efficiency in ideation and implementation, prioritizing impact.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Proficiency in deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes.
  • Preferred: Experience deploying NLP or TTS models to production.
