We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in mass recruitment, especially in sales or retail, to help us open and grow our brand-new studio in vibrant São Paulo. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused environment where you'll make a real impact from day one.
Please note: this is an on-site position based in São Paulo.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, using various sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent.
  2. Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and support their implementation.
  3. Lead large-scale hiring campaigns while ensuring alignment with role requirements and company standards.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal departments to meet talent acquisition goals.
  5. Screen and assess incoming applications from multiple sources; coordinate and lead interviews.
  6. Maintain and update recruitment records in internal systems.
  7. Advertise vacancies through various channels and liaise with external recruitment agencies.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with universities and other external talent sources; represent the company at events and other outreach initiatives.
  9. Work alongside the Employer Branding team to identify the most effective talent attraction strategies.
  10. Think creatively and proactively when addressing recruitment needs, always aligned with business priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Good command of both English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment role, ideally focused on volume hiring.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. A true team player with the ability to deliver results both independently and as part of a team.
  5. Adaptable, flexible, and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  6. Eagerness to learn, grow, and support the broader team.
