Business Analyst (Power BI) – Brazil

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Power BI), who wants to learn and transform their career, in CLT modality, remote, who resides in the city of São Paulo-SP or Londrina-PR.

In this position you will:

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) with a focus on analysis and visualization.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for manipulation and analysis of large volumes of data.
  • Work with technical and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient analytical solutions.
  • Work with data integration and manipulation on platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Databricks.
  • Contribute to the construction of data pipelines and automations.
  • Document BI processes, data flows, and best practices.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, reports).
  • Strong SQL skills (complex queries, performance).
  • Previous technical experience in IT/Development, with good programming logic.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry or Databricks.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in analytical roles (e.g., Business Analyst, Data Science, Strategy).
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). AI/ML modeling experience is a plus.
  • Strong data storytelling and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership or mentoring capabilities are a plus.
