The job

This role involves supporting our growing candidate database and increasing client demand by finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle IT recruitment for specific jobs. It offers an opportunity to generate extra revenue (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate, approximately $600 to $4,000 per closed job) working remotely with a fully autonomous schedule. Please note, this is a success-based freelancing role paid per closed job.

The job is for you if...

  • You have previous experience as a freelance recruiter.
  • You speak fluent English, as most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.
  • You have a growth mindset and are interested in contributing to building ambi.careers from the beginning, with potential new opportunities in the mid-term.
  • You are comfortable working as a freelance contractor, accepting the risks associated with success-based commissions and no fixed salary or benefits.
  • You have some extra time to dedicate to this role, not just 15 minutes a day.

The job is NOT for you if...

  • You dislike speaking with candidates and clients.
  • You are not interested in freelancing or success-based commissions.
  • You lack empathy or are arrogant.
  • English is a must; additional fluent languages are a plus.

While previous experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates is preferred, fast learners who are confident can also apply.
