Job Description

Descrição do Cargo:

Responsável por garantir que os produtos entregues atendam aos requisitos funcionais e padrões de qualidade definidos, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos e das práticas de teste. Atuará junto a times de desenvolvimento, produto e automação, participando do planejamento e execução dos testes manuais, análise de requisitos e acompanhamento das entregas.

Funções Principais

  • Elaborar e executar casos de teste com base em requisitos funcionais e técnicos.
  • Registrar e documentar defeitos identificados, acompanhando sua resolução junto ao time de desenvolvimento.
  • Participar das cerimônias ágeis (planning, refinamento, review, etc.) para entender as demandas e apoiar na definição de critérios de aceite.
  • Apoiar o time de automação na priorização de cenários e na revisão dos scripts.
  • Realizar testes exploratórios para identificar falhas não previstas em cenários documentados.
  • Contribuir para a padronização de processos e boas práticas de qualidade dentro da equipe.
  • Garantir que as entregas estejam alinhadas aos padrões de usabilidade, performance e requisitos de negócio.

Qualificações
  • Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia como Analista de Qualidade ou QA, preferencialmente em projetos ágeis.
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de elaboração de casos de teste e execução de testes manuais.
  • Atenção aos detalhes e senso crítico para identificar possíveis riscos e inconsistências.

Desejável
  • Conhecimentos básicos em automação de testes ou linguagens de programação (ex.: Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experiência com ferramentas de gerenciamento de testes e bugs (ex.: Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Familiaridade com testes de APIs (ex.: Postman).
  • Vivência em projetos de desenvolvimento web ou mobile.
