Tech Lead

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java, Java Spring Boot, and Oracle PL / SQL;
• Work on defining architecture and implementing microservices;
• Perform code reviews, ensuring good development and performance practices;
• Provide technical support to the team, promoting scalable and sustainable solutions;
• Participate in technical discussions and strategic decision-making;
• Fix bugs, optimize code, and perform database tuning;
• Write technical documentation and participate in code reviews;
• Work together with cross-functional teams on internal and customer projects;
• Work collaboratively with product, QA, and infrastructure teams.

• Experience in software development;
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle PL / SQL;
• Experience with microservices-based architecture;
• Knowledge of versioning tools (Git), continuous integration, and RESTful APIs;
• Ability to analyze complex problems and suggest efficient solutions.

• Experience in the telecommunications sector (OSS / BSS, billing, provisioning, etc.);
• Experience as a technical leader or technical reference in projects;
• Knowledge of containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices;
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
