Job Description: As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by any international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to the relocation to Sweden for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, you name it - we fix it Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. • Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
• Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and Swedish executives.
• Coordinate relocation tasks with the Swedish delivery management team (visas, work permits, travel, housing, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
• Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in multiple countries including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
• A solid and proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
• Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
• Self confident, social, friendly, outgoing with high self-motivation.
• Durable and persistent, able to take a setback and try again.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
• Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.

• Start ASAP. Full time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.
• Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.

• Location: Working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
• Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
• Free national holidays, with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
