Descrição da Vaga

Our mission is to oversee all movements made by the quota holders in the liabilities of the funds managed by Apex, focusing on executing transactions, reconciling positions, and tax collection.

Principais Responsabilidades:
  • Realizar aplicações e resgates diários e mensais;
  • Efetuar conciliação ativo x passivo diários e mensais;
  • Realizar eventos de amortização;
  • Controlar chamadas de capital;
  • Conciliação Cetip x Passivo diárias e mensais;
  • Tributação de cotistas de fundos;
  • Eventos de secundário;
  • Cisão, implantação e incorporação de fundos.
Experiências e Qualificações:

Essenciais:

  • Formação em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Comércio Exterior, Engenharia, Finanças, Matemática ou Contabilidade;
  • Experiência em custódia e controladoria de fundos estruturados;
  • Experiência em fundos de investimento e produtos financeiros;
  • Inglês: Nível Avançado.

Conhecimentos necessários:

  • Experiência em BackOffice de Fundos de Investimentos;
  • Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Nível Intermediário;
  • Perfil operacional e analítico, capaz de cumprir rotinas com prazos diários;
  • Capacidade de priorizar demandas de acordo com sua importância e volume;
  • Proatividade na busca de informações, soluções e entendimento de processos;
  • Habilidade para atender clientes e auditorias internas/externas.

Desejáveis:

  • Certificações: CPA-20;
  • PQO B3 Operacional é um diferencial.
