Job Opportunity: Local FR/BR Quality Engineer (Campinas, SP – Brazil)
Location: Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
Languages: Fluent French & Brazilian Portuguese, Advanced English
Travel: Initial 3–4 weeks in Nancy, France

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join a dynamic international project team. This role is ideal for an engineer residing in the Campinas-SP region. The successful candidate will act as a cultural and technical bridge between Brazil and France, contributing to a complex, high-impact engineering project with global reach.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure quality compliance across manufacturing, engineering (ENG/AME), and supplier activities
Interpret and apply technical specifications, instructions, and drawings in both metric and imperial systems
Collaborate with French and Saudi stakeholders, requiring excellent communication in French, Portuguese, and English
Conduct quality assurance in mechanical manufacturing processes, including:
Machining
Welding
Assembly
Surface treatment and corrosion control
Metallurgical analysis
Support electric motor-related quality activities
Participate in an initial 3 - 4 week onboarding session in Nancy, France to integrate with the project team
