Overview

Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. The role involves sourcing engineers for Sweden, helping candidates understand the benefits of living and working there, and coordinating relocation with a global team.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and Swedish management.
  • Work with the Swedish delivery management team on relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Collaborate with clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Tight coordination with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Contribute to a team culture that aims to help engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
Required competence
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue efforts.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration
  • Start ASAP.
  • Full time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center of choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Free national holidays with maintained payment.
  • 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
