Job DescriptionOrganizing and Simplifying Commercial Processes- Map detailed existing commercial processes, identifying automation and workflow optimization opportunities.
- Develop and implement systems and tools to streamline routine tasks and ensure data quality.
- Create manuals and standardized procedures to guide the sales team.
- Continuously monitor process effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
- Establish commercial goals.
- Collect and analyze sales data, including revenue, sales trends, and customer performance.
- Identify patterns and insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate team performance.
- Develop customized reports and dashboards to monitor sales team performance and analyze financial margins and product profitability.
- Implement revenue forecasting models to guide strategic decisions.
- Research and analyze the advertising market, including competitors, sector trends, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Experience as a management consultant, business analyst, revenue analyst, or commercial planning.
- Completed higher education.
- Experience with advertising platforms or e-commerce.
- Passion for numbers and proficiency with Excel and data structuring (SQL, Tableau, or other analysis platforms).
- Experience with CRM platforms like SalesForce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar data visualization tools.
