IT Supervisor

We are seeking a Supervisor IT to support our extraordinary teams creating excellent products and contributing to our growth in Manaus. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Supervisor IT will be responsible for managing the IT environment, supporting the team, and ensuring system performance and security.
Responsibilities- Ensure the operation of the entire IT environment, monitor support activities, analyze metrics, and take preventive or corrective actions.
- Prioritize and coordinate team activities.
- Evaluate employee performance through reviews and technical assessments.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Plan and coordinate IT projects.
- Develop strategies for system performance, contingency, and continuity.
- Manage IT service contracts.
- Seek solutions that meet business and client needs.
- Assign tasks to team members and evaluate their performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and global IT policies.
- Negotiate with clients and prioritize demands.
- Provide advice and recommendations to managers and directors.
- Stay updated on technological trends and innovations.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned within technical skills.
- Complete higher education, preferably in related fields.
- Postgraduate in IT-related areas (desirable).
- ITIL certification (desirable).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Data analysis skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge in People Management, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, Coaching.
- Basic knowledge of Budget, Information Security, Disaster Recovery, Project Management, System Development environments, and DevOps.
- Knowledge in Databases (Oracle, Scripts, Procedures, Functions).
- Experience with application servers and databases.
- Advanced support experience in ERP modules such as Distribution, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.
