As a Senior Technical Program Manager based in São Paulo, Brazil, you will lead high-impact programs that define how identity is verified across Uber's platform—driving innovation to deter fraud, enhance safety, and improve user experiences at scale.
You'll collaborate with top-tier engineers, product leaders, legal experts, business development (BD), and operations teams, as well as work closely with leading third-party identity verification vendors, to deliver industry-leading solutions such as earner onboarding verification, ID badges, preventing account takeovers and compliance for restricted items.

Responsibilities- Lead high-impact programs that define how identity is verified across Uber's platform—driving innovation to deter fraud, enhance safety, and improve user experiences at scale.
- Collaborate with engineers, product leaders, legal experts, business development (BD), and operations teams, and work with leading third-party identity verification vendors to deliver industry-leading solutions such as earner onboarding verification, ID badges, preventing account takeovers and compliance for restricted items.
Offices are central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
