Buscamos incorporar un Head of Sales para Capital Federal, responsable de liderar y gestionar un equipo de trabajo, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales

en la zona asignada.

¿Qué vas a hacer?


• Asegurar el control, seguimiento y apoyo diario al equipo.


• Monitorear reclamos, investigar incidencias y canalizar información proveniente de clientes, vendedores e instaladores.


• Supervisar el trabajo de terceros y del supervisor asignado, asegurando calidad y eficiencia.


• Reportar indicadores y resultados al Gerente de Área.

¿Qué buscamos?


• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones comerciales de liderazgo.


• Conocimientos en CRM, herramientas de gestión de ventas y Microsoft Office (Excel avanzado).


• Movilidad propia (se otorga fondo fijo para gastos y cochera).
