In this role you will

Role location: Remote in Morumbi-SP, Brazil; occasional client visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run functional activities for Procure to Pay (PTP) in SAP MM, including Purchasing, Pricing/Procedure, Tax Code Creation, and support for SAP Notes related to Tax Reform context and prerequisites.
• Support Developers in code remediation and new developments; conduct IT and integration testing; support user testing (UAT).
• Participate in SAP Tax Reform projects in a Lifescience company, handling PTP activities in Purchasing, Pricing/Procedure, Tax Code Creation, and SAP Notes support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide unit testing execution, test support (UAT and UAT-related activities), and assist in transition of requirements to customer stakeholders.
• Assist with training of key users and provide Hypercare/stabilization support (+7 years of experience).
• Resolve SAP issues reported by business users and deliver enhancements and upgrade-related fixes as required.
• Review solutions designed by team members and propose improvements; identify and resolve recurring issues with business users.
• Own niche processes within the broader SAP MM domain; experience in Life Science/Pharma is an asset.

Must Have Skills

Functional experience with SAP MM; strong integration knowledge with other applications; Brazilian SAP localization knowledge (NFe inbound as applicable); experience with SAP Tax Reform context; familiarity with projects like Project, Upgrade, Implementation and Rollout.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience working with multiple teams in different regions.
• Knowledge of SAP DRC, Sovos, One Source and Easyway.
• English advanced and Spanish intermediate.

Key Responsibilities

• Blueprint requirements and mapping to SAP Localization topics for Brazil; SAP Customizing/Settings; SAP Notes support to Basis and ABAP teams.
• Unit testing, Business and User Acceptance Testing support; transition of requirements to customer stakeholders; training for key users; Hypercare/stabilization support.
• Resolve SAP issues, deliver enhancements and upgrades as required by business users.
• Complete tasks assigned by the team lead and project manager; review solutions and propose improvements; proactively work with business users to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Own certain niche processes within the SAP MM domain; asset: experience in Life Science/Pharma.
