IT Governance Coordinator - Senior Level (Remote, PJ Contract)

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this senior-level role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the alignment of our IT financial planning with the overall corporate goals, as well as overseeing the monitoring and control of the IT budget, analyzing variances, and proposing corrective actions.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IT financial planning and ensure alignment with corporate goals
  • Monitor and control the IT budget, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions
  • Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits within the IT area
  • Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks
  • Support the Information Security team in defining policies and tracking risk indicators
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations
  • Participate in strategic IT projects, assessing financial impacts and associated risks
  • Promote a culture of governance, risk, and compliance within the IT department
  • Contract management
  • Create and review IT policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and the company's needs
  • Map and analyze existing policies, suggesting updates to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Ensure all policies comply with IT governance regulations
  • Continuously verify that IT processes comply with information security standards and legal requirements
  • Promote internal training on IT governance and auditing to disseminate best practices
  • Manage risks, including mapping, communication, and handling of identified risks
Qualifications

Requisitos

Knowledge:
Corporate Finance: Budget planning, cost control, CAPEX/OPEX analysis, forecasting, and financial KPIs
Compliance & Internal Controls: Familiarity with SOX, LGPD, corporate policies, and governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL)
Internal Audit: Experience conducting financial and operational audits, developing action plans, and mitigating risks
Information Security: Understanding of ISO 27001, cybersecurity risk management, data protection, and access control policies
IT Fundamentals: Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software/service contracts, and vendor management

Tools & Systems:

  • Advanced Excel (financial modeling, dashboards)
  • ERP systems (SAP)
  • IT service management
