We are hiring a Finance Manager for our client in Brazil.

Overview

HR Specialist @ HRBS | Business Administration | xHEC | xFCCL | xPOL |

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily accounting tasks (AP/AR, expense reimbursement, bank reconciliation).
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (in compliance with Brazilian accounting standards).
  • Handle tax filings (e.g., IRPJ/CSLL/PIS/COFINS).
  • Manage employee payroll.
  • Process social security (INSS), personal tax declarations, payments, and related administration (mandatory).
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/management, familiarity with Brazilian tax laws (preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years in finance roles, must have experience with social security and personal tax filings.
  • Skills: Experience with financial software.
  • Proficient in English for work communication (required for HQ coordination), Chinese proficiency preferred.
