We are actively seeking a highly skilled and versatile Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust solutions across both backend and frontend layers, ensuring a seamless and scalable Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

The core challenge and exciting opportunity within this position involve constructing a resilient, user-centric, and scalable DXP that will serve as the backbone of a complex banking website. This platform will be central to our digital ecosystem, requiring seamless integrations with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation services, along with engaging, high-performing interfaces that deliver excellent user experiences.

As a Fullstack Developer, you will bridge business logic and user experience, crafting solutions that balance technical excellence with usability and performance. You will drive innovation in structuring our CMS-powered architecture, ensuring stability and agility to support evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Development and customization of backend services and frontend components for the DXP platform, including:
• Creating APIs for dynamic content, integrating with CRM and marketing automation tools, implementing OAuth/JWT authentication/authorization flows, orchestrating personalization engines, and optimizing caching and database queries for high traffic.
• Developing reusable UI components integrated with CMS data, implementing design system guidelines, building responsive and accessible templates, integrating A/B testing and analytics scripts, and optimizing page performance (Core Web Vitals).
• Ensuring smooth communication between backend services and frontend interfaces, leveraging headless CMS capabilities and modern frameworks (e.g., with API-driven content).
• Building reusable UI components and responsive templates integrated with CMS content.
• Collaborating with designers, marketers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Contributing to platform architecture design, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Supporting DevOps practices for smooth deployments and continuous delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in frontend and backend development for CMS/DXP platforms (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, or similar).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced/Fluent English for daily interactions with multicultural teams and American clients.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with headless CMS and JAMstack architectures.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with A/B testing and personalization frameworks.
• Experience with design systems (Storybook, Figma integration).
• Familiarity with personalization and experimentation tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target).
