About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Python developer to build tools, environments, and infrastructure for working with LLM-based agents. Responsibilities include creating sandboxes, task systems, and CI/CD pipelines to support testing and development of AI agents. You will collaborate with researchers and domain experts to set up and utilize these tools effectively.

Typical tasks may include:

  • Developing sandboxes for safe AI agent testing
  • Creating tools for writing tasks and test cases for agents
  • Implementing CI/CD pipelines for checks and evaluations
  • Building development environments for experts
  • Providing repo templates and scripts for new contributors
  • Designing interfaces to track task inputs and agent outputs

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience coding in Python
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above)
  • Willingness to learn new methods, adapt quickly, and work with complex guidelines
  • Fully remote role; requires a laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm
