Position Overview
As a Mid Level QA, you will play a role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our migration process. Your primary responsibility will be to define and validate test scenarios, manage risks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition during a migration to a new platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Define Test Scenarios: Develop comprehensive test scenarios to cover various aspects of the migration process.
- Risk Management: Identify and organize potential risks associated with the migration and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Data Validation: Validate source data against destination data to ensure accuracy and completeness during the migration process.
- Communication: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication regarding testing progress and issues.
- Automation (if applicable): Evaluate the feasibility of creating automated tests to assist with data validation and overall quality assurance.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, results, and any identified issues.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in QA testing, with a focus on data migration or similar projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, document, and execute test scenarios.
- Familiarity with risk management practices in a QA context.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with data validation and comparison techniques.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Advanced English Communication.
